Radio Lelystad plaatst wekelijks een ‘Gedicht van de Week’ van een Lelystedeling of iemand uit de omgeving. Er loopt namelijk veel dichttalent rond in en rond Lelystad, en dat verdient een podium, ook op onze site. Bovendien is dichten leuk, inspireren de gedichten andere mensen wellicht ook tot dichten en bieden gedichten vaak een andere kijk op de werkelijkheid, bijvoorbeeld een actueel onderwerp. Deze week Benita Miranda, een gospelzangeres uit Almere die haar eigen teksten schrijft. Dit is daar een van.

No one took Your life
